The Aruba Gastronomic Association (AGA) began over a decade ago, as an offshoot to the original Aruba Restaurant Association. Today, AGA represents more than thirty well-known ethnic and international restaurants revisited over the years by many thousands of satisfied customers.
Many restaurants add on a service charge which is an amount shared among kitchen and dining room staff. If you have received excellent service, you may want to leave an optional gratuity.
