Opened by restaurateur Victor Nataf in December 2004, Casa Tua gained popularity by introducing its thin-crusted pizzas! An old family-recipe was put to work which required making fresh pizza dough every day. Chef and co-owner Gregory Nataf, a second- generation restaurateur, perfected the recipe and made it his own. In Arawak Garden, a popular restaurant/entertainment/ shopping center in front of the high-rise hotels, right under the stars, Casa Tua’s extended Italian menu ranges from beginnings such as such caprese, calamari fritti, escargots, Caesar salad, and onion soup, to hearty entrées of veal ossobuco, grouper, shrimp, chicken, and homemade lasagna bolognese al forno.
