The Hyatt was the best hotel that I have ever stayed at. The room was clean and luxurious. The food, while slightly was incredible. My favorite meal was the barbecued Mahi. The grounds were exceptional. The pool was enormous and didn't feel crowded at all. My wife and son both loved the waterslide. The staff was extremely friendly. We also loved the swim-up bar for lunch and drinks. I don’t recommend reserving a palapa unless you spend a lot of time just lounging.

I have stayed here 5 times. The staff will go above and beyond for you. The pool and resort are immaculate and offer something for everyone,water slide,tennis,a great gym and spa,top rated restaurants, several bars, a juice bar, pool volleyball, tons of daily activities, a casino, and renovated rooms with balconies. You cannot beat the location,tons of places to eat and shop just accross the street. Red sail sports is also on premesis, which is great for last minute water adventures.
