IMPORTANT INFORMATION

-                     As part of the application process each student is required to take an English test and a psychological test. If, on the English test, you score below our established average, you will be required to follow a sic-week intensive English course offered every Summer.

-                     Each applicant must arrange to have a character reference letter sent directly to the school by the deadline date. This letter is to be written by  a person who has served as an official of the last institution attended (i.e., principles, teachers, etc.)

-                     Notice of admission’s decision is sent as soon as possible after all required information has been received and evaluated by the admissions committee.

-                     The Aruban Health Department requires that every student take a physical examination (administered by this department)  within 6 weeks after registration.

-                     The Aruban Immigration Authorities require that all foreign students present an official “Declaration of Good Conduct” from their countries police department. This declaration must be submitted before registration. Also, upon arrival a valid return air-travel ticket must be submitted to immigration authorities.

-                     Uniforms (provided by school) are required to be worn by all students. Please indicate your size in numbers:

FILING INSTRUCTIONS

Filled out application, including all educational credentials and Afl. 40 or US$23 application fee must be received at least one month before registration. Application deadline is June 1. Official copies of all diplomas and transcripts (report card) must be sent to Colegio EPI Hospitality Sector by the June 1 deadline. Foreign students must submit a copy of their passport with this form.

I certify that all information provided on this application is complete, factually accurate and honestly presented. I further understand my admission and subsequent registration may be canceled if any information is false or intentionally omitted. If I enroll at the Colegio EPI Hospitality Sector, I agree to familiarize myself with all rules and regulations of the college and abide by them.
