There is a listing of some of the island's photographer's here. You could see if any of them are in your price range or would work with you regarding exactly what you require.

Imho, you would be hard pressed to find many people suggesting even a day trip to Venezuela.

"This Public Announcement is to inform U.S. citizens traveling to and residing in Venezuela of the potential for political unrest throughout the country leading up to and following the referendum on proposed constitutional reforms scheduled for December 2, 2007"

"SAFETY AND SECURITY: Violent crime in Venezuela is pervasive, both in the capital, Caracas, and in the interior. The country has one of the highest per-capita murder rates in the world. Armed robberies take place in broad daylight throughout the city, including areas generally presumed safe and frequented by tourists. "

For a nicer alternative perhaps a trip to Curacao? Beaches in Curacao are different than Aruba, but there are many more of them and the snorkeling and diving are much better there than Aruba. Those are just for starters.
