This is a Deeded Property which means you own it forever and it can be passed on to your heirs. The weeks that it is available to use on a first come first served basis are weeks 18 to 26 then 36 to 50 in Aruba. These weeks only apply to the Aruba property. The “Occidental Resorts” are Worldwide and your weeks can be used at any of their other resorts anytime. You can stay 2 weeks or rent one out and stay in the other. You can choose to split the 2 weeks and stay 1 week at different resorts. You can rent out the weeks if you will not be using them. There are many options on how the weeks can be used.
It is mandatory All Inclusive. The AI is $85 per day, per person in Aruba and $45 on up at their other resorts. The AI includes all Drinks Food, Snacks Entertainment (Great Dinner Shows) 24/7 Etc. Great price if you consider drinks alone cost you about $8.00 or more each. There are several restaurants and bars (including a great swim up bar in the pool). I have 3 weeks available in 2008. If purchased before I rent the rooms, you can have the
unused weeks for 2008. At $700 a room that is worth at least $2100.00.
