As for the shells on my cake, I had them done by a chocolatier in WA. Her email is:susan@susanmariechoc.com.
She did a faulous job. They were all made of white chocolate and she also sent me the tints to paint them. So when I got to Aruba, I gave the shells and the edible tints to Indira and she gave it to the cake chef. And they did an amazing job coloring them. It was beyond my wildest dreams.
As far as the flowers go, I requested them to be cascading. In the regular wedding package with Indira the flowers were included, but since I wanted roses and them to be cascading I think she charged a hundred and something extra. But it is well worth it since hopefully you only get married once
