i have tried this recipe and it is now an all time favorite.
once i eventried it with raspbery yoplait yougurt instead of plain.
my advice stick with the plain yogurt.

and, we did the eggplant recipe and we did the eggplant recipe but substtuted thin boneless chicken breasts delicious. (baking time can be cut by about 10 minutes though.
