Well I'm not actually MOVING to Aruba - as you stated "don't I wish" but I'm strongly considering buying a condo so theoretically I could go more often than the 2X per year I've been going in the past, and would also have something to rent out if I wanted to. As I don't have extra cash lying around to buy something outright - I'm just trying to get tips on how others might have financed a home/condo purchase in the past.
