I am "trying" to get dh to pass on more of the cooking duties. Give me any recipe and I will follow it to a "T". He either is not fond of my cooking  or knowing that this "jack of all trades" cooked for a living for awhile, grew very tired of cooking...Either way I am attaching this weekend's recipes.  Enjoy!
