Valero only processes crude oil from mexico and then ships it back out. The gas prices in Aruba are high. It currently (Sunday 23rd of March) is at $4.72 a gallon, and $4.33 a gallon for diesel.
Isn't it funny that Venezuela is only 17 miles south of Aruba and they currently have the cheapest gas in the world, $0.07 a gallon!
Big difference huh?
