You can try Champions Sports Bar. If the Dutch football team is playing, you can check ANYWHERE, like Plaza Cafe (you will love the ambiance when there is a "cup"). Champions has many screens and might be able to accommodate you. Also sometimes the sports channels on cable (which most hotels have) also will have broadcasts.
