Let me kinda explain here. I'm looking at the concept of a duo, maybe a trio, voice/guitar - bass - keyboard(?) so the idea of pulling off something like HOT, HOT, HOT is a little beyond our means.
Yes, we could load the ipod with the backing tracks, but I've already been that route. We'd like to do the during/after dinner show at one or some of the resorts. That's why I asked what sort of music would get you to sit and listen.
Not to be snotty, but I've heard (as previously mentioned) the same set by the same 4 or 5 bands for the past 8 years. Seriously good musicians, but I have to wonder about the recurring set list. I know there have been a whole lot of good songs written by a lot of people and I'm just curious as to what might turn your listening crank.
Oh yes, it's a female voice by the way. A wonderful one at that.
