It reads , the 15% SC is to be shared among the waiting staff ( Maitre 'd, his assistant the supervisors the waiters , bussboys and the kithen staff ( the cheff, his assistant, the cooks ,asst cooks , dishwashers ,potwashers etc etc)
A charge is obligatory , a tip is not.
Tipping comes from the hearth, you cannot be forced to tip someone if you don't wish to do so.
