Is the 15% added in all restaurants? and when it IS added, what do you recommend we add as a TIP - 10%. I assume they dont like it when tourists ask about the 15%. (I wouldnt mind if it were 10% and they EXPLAINED what is what. That would be like paying a tax.....) I dont want to UNDERTIP. I expect that when the 15% is distributed, the higher up the person the more they get, and the bus boy will get next to nothing.

I would TIP in cash (even if meal was charged). Is there any way to know if they do POOL tips......?
