Honestly, this was true in the past, say about 10 years ago, but nowadays, there are more restaurants and a wider variety of "days off". If you go to http://www.restaurantsaruba.com/ and for each restaurant under the "hours" tab, you will see an option for the hours and day which they are closed, if any.
