I love Aruba and I also purchased a house in the same development.
Many of my personal friends, also bought properties in this community and all of them are very happy. It was not my original intention to sell the condo, but change in a personal situation forced me to do it.
The development is currently under construction, but this condo, as part of phase 1 construction, is completed.
