And I thought i was the only one who did some of this stuff:
I have an excel spreadsheet on my computer that has several tabs:
- what I'm takng
- all contact info, flight info etc for THIS trip
- Sign with MY name/address, hotel name/address to put inside suitcase
- To do list
- foreign exchange
Then i just change the list depending on trip. (I have a similar list for Arizona).
I keep a laundry cart OUT in my apartment. The min. I get home, I do laundry and the stuff I can use for next trip goes in the cart.
I have a separate set of "travel drawers" (from Bed Bath & Beyond - the are stackable.
Also have on hand LOTS of "pack-it cubes" and zip-loc bags in various sizes. I plan my toiletries so I dont have to bring most of it back with me.
Then I have a new item on my To Do list: go to Cafe press website and get an appropriate aruba t-shirt for the plane ride DOWN.
