I would have to agree, no scooters, just too dangerous , but you WILL see them. Admittedly we just rode ATV's on the road and you can see each and every pothole. The roads in Aruba have never been kept up as well as they should. I at least felt safe on an ATV knowing I had 4 wheels below me.
