Who ever the ol lady is( LOL) take her to the Flying Fishbone for a nice dinner on the waters edge. Enjoy...you will love it.
A few thougths...rent a jeep and tour the island. Lots to see and you get a good flavor of the island. You really don't need a tour of the island from one of the tour companies.
You could check out the Balashi beer plant tour on your own, see the California lilght houses magnificent view, see the Natural Pool....have fun !
