Most of us know that AA has problems....change schedules too often....cancel flights....but we fly it anyway because they have many options to AUA.
They ALL have problems. I crack up when I read how won-der-ful Jet Blue is. Anyone remember all the cancellations last winter? Horror stories of customers being locked in the plane for 6-8 hours and not being allowed to leave?
Where is TWA when you need them? Eastern?
