We found that you can use your own cell phone, just puchase a SIM card in Aruba. It's the least expensive way to go. Just make sure you contact your cell phone provider a week or two in advance to get the password to unlock your phone. We have Cingular and found that we had to use the PIN code that came with our Carribbean SIM card first then we entered Cingulars password and that was it. Buy a primo card for local calls and a Ventaha card for international calls.
