The only rooms I can think of which overlook the parking lot would be the upper floors of the Curacao Building, furthest from the ocean, mainly on the south side. Actually the Riu's parking and building. They would also have a view of the ocean. Either way you would still have a partial oceanview.

BUT if you looked up, you saw

Ask your travel agent, but if I am not mistaken, I think more common gardenviews are the lower rooms of the Bonaire Tower and Curacao Tower. I can think of worse things to look at if you would rather have the $$$$ in your pocket.
