when paul and i travel to aruba during the winter months we are usually wearing our down LL Bean vests. once onboard the plane, those vests provide nice warmth so no blanket is necessary. we bought the microbead travel pillow in the shape of a horseshoe and those are way better than the airline pillows. THEN.......at LaCabana, we throw those down vests into pillowcases and those vests becomoe our down pillows, much like the ones we use at home, for our sleeping needs.
i do though think that jet blue has got a good idea.
they (jet blue) are not in the sleeping business. Their main concern is getting the flyer to and from their destination safely.
so, i really do understand their position as to not keep passing out those skeevy pillows and blankets.
american airlines should do the same.
so i give kudos for jet blue to offer an option for travelers that want to use clean pillows and blankets.
now back to watching the rain drops and seeing my almost calf high grass.
