Here you can see better the menu for The Old Man and the Sea. MENU The menu is limited right now but they are having a very good response as hotel concierges are telling guests about the restaurant. Restaurant hours are 6-10:30 pm. The bar is open 'till 11:30 pm. Closed Sunday. They will eventually have entertainment out in the water on the pier. Right now they are having a problem getting the piano out on the pier.
