We used to stay at the Hyatt... great property with the best staff on the island... The hotel is warm and inviting and top notch all the way. Ruinas del Mar is premier restaurant and the Hyatt Sunday brunch is the best on the island. The casino is also first class. With that said, we switched to the Radisson a few years ago because we felt that we got more for the money including a 'sit-down' balcony. The grounds are every bit as nice in a less formal way and the pool seems to be less crowded. The beach at both is fantastic, but I really believe the Radisson has more palapas.
