I stayed at the hyatt this past april. I can't say enough - the beach, grounds, staff, service, etc is first class. It is more expensive but so worth it. I love the casino there and the sunday brunch is indescribable. The only and i mean only complaint was not having a sit down balcony. You can stand on it but no chairs, etc. I love sitting out in the morning with coffee. Other than than that - perfect!!!
