Why selling ? Looks like you just bought last year .....Is there something you don't like about Divi, Aruba, the timeshare itself ???
Just wondering...I just bought another timeshare at Divi through a resale company (I now have 3) and it is the exact unit you are selling. It only have 31 years left on contract, but I only paid 2 grand....so that is the main reason for the question. You may, and I say may only, have a difficult time if you are trying to get close to what you paid...unless of course you bought it like I did...My first t.s. was at full price and I learned very quickly that you are the only one that pays full price......
