Thank you for your post and question in regard to our resort accepting cash payments.

We have changed our policy as of December 23rd and will go 'cashless' for all charges to the hotel bill and restaurant. Our spa, the gift shop, the concierge (for outside activities) continue to accept cash if you wish to pay cash instead directly to these outlets.

We encourage guests to use the convenience of signing all charges to their room bill and we accept all major credit cards and debit cards as forms of payment.

When guests' only option is to pay with cash, we will gladly accommodate this and arrange to accept a cash payment and will do so upon check in for the hotel stay and incidental deposit. We ask that guests notify us in advance and we will make arrangements to be present at check in to arrange the cash transaction.

The new policy is intended to provide for the convenience of not having to carry cash and our guests and associates who would normally carry or store cash can continue to enjoy free movement around the property and our neighboring resort, restaurants and businesses without the burden or confinement of fences and walls. Our goal is to maintain a safe and secure environment in our small, open air resort for our guests and our associates while preserving our openess and freedom and this is the reason for our change in policy. Aruba has been and remains a safe and friendly tourist destination and we wish to preserve and encourage this forever.

We thank you for your comments and welcome your questions...feel free to contact me with your questions or comments.

Kind regards,
