I went to Puerto Vallarta last September and stayed in Paradis Village...I gues its Puerto Nuevo or something like that. Anyway, there is NO....did I say, NO?? comparison! I was SO disappointed when I was in Mexico. I expected it to be more like Aruba, and it wasn't at all. But, I will say, we were told it was a bad time to come, as 5 different rivers all flowed into the Bay of Bandaras, and the water was yukky. You couldn't even see your hand in the water!! We did take a boat trip across the Bay, and the water was definately clearer, but nowhere near as beautiful as Aruba is.
