We will be flying out of Boston late August and when comparing airfares, I found Jet Blue to be comparable $$ with AA and USAir.

I am also trying to avoid getting stuck having to do connecting flights. I have had the unpleasant experience of having AA and even USAir change my flights from direct to connecting flights in the past.

Has anyone had any experience with Jet Blue making similar changes from direct to connecting? I do NOT want to chance having to connect in NY!

Someone had also mentioned they had heard or read something recently that Jet Blue could be going under due to the economy?
