SUV no.  Jeep Wrangler yes.

notice about 1:27 into the video the rear right tire of the vehicle coming up entirely off of the ground? 
Anywhere else on the island and SUV is just fine.
Other options for getting to the Natural Pool include: hiking, horseback or ATV.
