Yes, Bucutti is great for honeymooners and is on a great beach. If you're looking for all inclusive I'd suggested Occidental over RIU. Occidental has more of a warm, Aruban feeling. The RIU is so large and most of the employees are fromo the Dominican Republic, so you don't get the warmth of the people. It is also not nearly as crowded.
If you decide on the Occidental I have many timeshares there and can get you accomadations for much less than you'd pay from a website or agent.
