I would nominate as everybody Bucuti, the best of what Aruba is known for and great hotel for Honeymooners, privately owned by great people.
If you want an more know name hotel the Westin and the Hyatt are also good for honeymooners, and you can do meal plans with drinks and keep some space open to try all the beautiful restaurants on the island.
As per all inclusive the RIU is my recommendation is new property.
