Okay here is another quirk...
I just put in our "sale" dates for Paseo Harencia pick up and came up with the cheapest vehicle $140+ tax, no bargain.
I went back and modified it for pick up at their main office Oranjestad (Schotlandstraat) and voilą, the $35 compact or $57.50 mini-van prices both came up.
