In the past our Chase Visa Credit cards were never charged a fee in Aruba.
Warning: Would not use a Debit card in Aruba or any place our of the country except at your resort front desk and at a bank ATM.
At restaurants usually use American Express Travel Checks and/or cash as somtimes card #'s are used again and not by the card holder.
