The guy at the last shop is a real expert and will show you how to do it. I guess that buying a full balloon fishing set will set you back around $30 and then you go buy some frozen ballyhoo's at the supermarkets and you can fish everyday for that money, and still have a chance to catch pretty big fish and are sure to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunset every evening .
This way you will also meet the locals that fish there every evening and like all Arubians they will welcome you with open arms and give you great tips.
Even if you don't catch anything you will almost for sure make new friends and have a ball.

Nice reply.....a few questions....
What is balloon fishing? I think I know, but want to be certain.
Condemsa....what, where is that?
Ballyhoos? What are these?
PS....my daughters and I have had some good luck...for free....fishing off the pier behind the Renaissance Island restaurant.
