Speed limits etc...
First trip to Aruba...late September. I am renting a car. What is the driving situation/traffic/speed limits? Also parking if I drive into Oranjestad?
I would like to explore as much as possible...not worried about jeep only areas...will probably do an island tour. Staying at Divi Resort...suggestions for where to go "off the beaten path". You do drive on the right hand side of the road, correct? Thanks a bunch for your input! Getting more excited everyday!
