Room Service, I would contact the resort directly as they may do it as it is something special.
Maid Service, you get a tidy service which you can upgrade to a full clean for a nominal fee. Well worth it, we always do that.
You can definately swim at OC, no problem.
Parking is not a problem either. There is limited space under the Lighthouse building but lots of parking at the main lot behind building 3 & 4.
