Again, it wasn't a bad trip, only that Aruba is not the paradise that this website lead me to believe it is. I talked to other people in line at the airport & they basically felt the same way.
The friendly people you have encounted are probably NOT native to Aruba. Both my husband & I are fluent in Spanish, he's from Venezuela & I'm Cuban American so we had the opportunity to have long discussions with people & get an understanding of the inner turmoils.
