Passions is located at Amsterdam Manor. They use plastic wine glasses because of the possibility of broken glass on the beach, in the sand.
As far as service in Aruba, you have to remember that you are on "island time" and not at one of of Jean-Georges' restaurants in NYC.
We don't mind the slower service since dinner out at night is usually "the event" for us and we really have nowhere to be....we're on vacation.
