according to a friend at CCL, nope .....passengers are allowed to disembark only for shore excursions/aruba visits and no new passengers will be allowed to use aruba as embarkation point or final destination.

I wonder if Carnival would drop someone off and pick them up the following week when they returned, that would be kind of fun. Probably goes out of Puerto Rico or Florida.
