Retire there could be a Problem. Now if you got plenty of $$$ its a great place to retire. But think those of us over 65 who want Medicare to be part of our retirement is the #1 problem. If I read Medicare rules right it does not cover you out of the country. Guess you could get on a plane and get back to the States for a major operations.

--- I guess Medicare covers you if in P.R. or one of the U.S. islands down that way. Need to get the Medicare book out.
