We have been forwarded your question posted on our Virtual Concierge and we are more than happy to give you an answer.
In front of our establishment there are various ramps for wheelchairs leading up to the restaurant from the street. When you get to the lobby of Seņor Frog's you will find at your right our Clothing store which does not have any steps making it easier for maneuvering a wheelchair if you would like to browse.
In the lobby you will find an electronic escalator leading up to the first floor where the restaurant and bar are situated. We sadly does not have an elevator, however we have previously entertained many guests with wheelchairs and they have not confronted any problems when visiting us.
As I was previously explaining we have an electronic escalator which is very wide with wide steps and which can accommodate a wheelchair easily. We have our staff who are standing by and who are delighted to be of assistance to you and your loved one in any way, either assisting you up the escalator or down when leaving.
Once you get to the first floor we have a ramp leading from the main floor to the seating area and from there to the bar. Also from the main floor there is easy access to the bathrooms.
We stress the point that we will be more than happy to assist you in any way to make your visit to Seņor Frog's Aruba one to remember. We are extremely pleased for your interest in visiting our establishment and wish you a grand time on your vacation.
