Well, good thing we still have this thread going as we obviously need to keep it going. General Aviation being closed is an important thing to know and interesting that they would not honour your reservation!
Retagger, contact customer service in North America and I do believe that they will do something.
Personally, I have my reservation at the Oranjestad office so I am hoping that everything will go as promised.
