I'm curious...last year my husband and I were at a gas station near the downtown area and a couple of people were in line in front of us buying individual bottles of beer. After they made their purchase, the clerk pulled out a bottle opener and popped the tops on their beers...they walked out and got into their car and drove away. I was shocked and very nervous to be on the road with people drinking while driving! Is this really allowed?
