I'm going to take once last shot at this...
Because you are a Canadian and exempted from Visa regulations
Could this mean that upon arrival (entry)
you can than apply for the extension in person?
Meaning once on the island you could go to the DIMAS office to apply for the extension in person bringing along all the information listed as being required?
