they don't have much of a selection in the hotels. i'm not a smoker anymore but i vaguely remember marlboro reds and lights, winston, and kool. but the gas stations have a wider selection. best bet is to pick some up at the duty free prior to entering aruba. the cigarette dispenser at the moomba bar (in b/w marriott surf club and holiday inn on the palm beach) sells almost all brands you can think of.
