I am still smoking from my duty free marlboro purchase a few weeks ago....they are made under the authority of Phillip Morris Products S.A. in Neuchatel Switzerland.
They not only have a harsher "taste" they seem to have "air pockets" no matter how hard you try to pack them down.
Being from Kentucky I am sure it is a "cheap leaf" product.
They may be duty free and cheaper but in recent years the quality has really went down hill.
And o course the white back ground with bold black letter" SMOKING KILLS" is always a conversation piece in the US....
But you are correct MUCH cheaper then New Jersey! I worked there earlier this year and last and was happy to pay the Kentucky price compared to the NJ price WOW!
