If the weather is good we can get around 100 but this year it was cold and because it was on a Saturday alot of people hosted Halloween parties in their homes for the kids. So this was a very quiet year for us....only about 40 kids. The leftover candy is now in the freezer (lasts longer that way because we usually only eat one piece at a time when it's frozen.
)
I do love the little kids who are out with their parents before it gets dark....they can barely make it up the steps to the front door....but are always good about saying thank you (with a little help from the parents.) They're just so darn cute in their little pumpkin and princess fairy costumes!
Lights out for us at 8pm.
